Steven Doerler has been a director of First Choice Bank since its organization. He is the President and Owner of Doerler Landscapes, Inc., operated in Hamilton Township. Doerler Landscapes, Inc. was recently named Employer of the Year by the Arc Mercer. Doerler serves as President of the New Jersey Nursery and Landscape Association and as Secretary of the NJNLA Education Foundation. He also sits on the Board of Directors of the Miracle League.
Nancy Dudas has been a director of First Choice Bank since its inception. She is President and Senior Partner at Innovative Commercial Interiors, a corporate space planning and interior design company that services a diverse clientele throughout the greater Princeton, N.J., area. A 27-year industry veteran, Dudas founded Innovative Commercial Interiors over 20 years ago to fulfill her passion for creating interiors that are as measurably functional as they are aesthetically pleasing. Dudas received her design degree from The College of New Jersey. A longtime resident of Mercer County, Dudas is extremely active in several chambers and industry associations and often volunteers for causes that serve the community.
Nicholas A. Frungillo, Jr.
Nicholas A. Frungillo, Jr., joined First Choice Bank in 2006 as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. In 2013 he was appointed as the President of the Bank. With nearly 30 years of experience in SEC financial reporting requirements, taxation, investment and asset/liability management, Frungillo joined the company from The Town Bank in Westfield, N.J., where he served as a director, executive vice president, chief operating officer and chief financial officer. In his free time, Frungillo volunteers with mentally and physically challenged youth as they participate in sports programs. A graduate of Rutgers University, Frungillo is a certified public accountant who resides in Mountainside, N.J., with his wife and two children.
Geoff Morsell has been a director of First Choice Bank since its inception. He is currently the Vice President of Construction for Sharbell Development Corporation and a member of the New Jersey Builders Association. Most recently, he was involved in the construction of the Miracle League baseball field along with the Hamilton YMCA and the Hamilton-Washington Rotary. Morsell is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University with a degree in Architectural Engineering. He is an accomplished commercial pilot, with numerous type and class ratings. Morsell has been a resident of Robbinsville for seven years and has worked in Mercer County for the past 17 years.
Matthew R. Pribila
Matthew Pribila is a certified public accountant and has been a director of First Choice Bank since its organization. With more than 13 years of experience in accounting and auditing and closely held companies, he is a partner in the Princeton office of the accounting and auditing division of WithumSmith+Brown P.C. At WithumSmith+Brown, he oversees all aspects of the firmís audit and review engagements and is a member of the firmís Technology and Communications Group, with a specialty focus on telecommunications. Pribila earned his bachelorís degree in Accountancy from The College of New Jersey and is also a member of the American Institute for Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJSCPA). Pribila serves as Treasurer of the Community Fundraising Board of St. Francis Medical Center. Pribila is a lifelong resident of Mercer County and currently lives in Robbinsville, N.J., with his wife, Laura. He enjoys golfing, wine tastings and spending time with family and friends.
James Radvany is a director of First Choice Bank, elected at the bankís organization. Radvany is President and Owner of Source One Services, a group of companies specializing in outsourcing services, including administrative, financial, technology and numerous other areas. He is also a certified public accountant. Radvany received his undergraduate degree from Susquehanna University. He has lived in Mercer County his entire life and currently lives in Lawrenceville with his wife and four children. In his free time, Radvany is very involved in his local community, including coaching youth sports.
Munish Sood is the Chairman of the Board of Directors for First Choice Bank. He is the Chairman and President of Princeton Advisory Group, Inc., an investment management firm located in Princeton. Sood received his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Accounting from Rider University. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and is a member of the Investment Analyst Society of New York and a member of the Association for Investment Management and Research.
Charles R. Stines, CKD
Charles R. Stines, CKD, has served as a director of First Choice Bank since its organization. He is the president of KQI Marketing Group, a sales, marketing and training company for residential and commercial cabinetry. With more than 30 years experience in design and management of commercial and residential remodeling, Stines has led KQI to five consecutive years as a top marketing group and won a 2009 top sales award from Bertch Manufacturing. He earned accreditation as a Certified Kitchen Designer from the National Kitchen & Bath Association (NKBA) in 1995, and is currently the vice president of the NKBAís Mid-Atlantic chapter. A lifelong Hamilton, N.J. resident, Stines attended Mercer County Community College and currently sits on the boards of directors for the Hamilton YMCA and the OYCC. He spends his free time golfing and skiing.
Martin Tuchman was elected as Vice Chairman of the First Choice Bank in December, 2008. He currently heads up Kingstone Capital, a private investment group, managing a $300 million portfolio, consisting of US Agency Bonds, State Municipal Bonds, Equities and Real Estate. Tuchman is also Chief Executive Officer of The Tuchman Group. Tuchman graduated from New Jersey Institute of Technology in 1962 with a Bachelor of Science Mechanical Engineering degree and then earned an MBA from Seton Hall University in 1968. In his spare time, Tuchman manages to be a part of numerous organizations, including Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital Hamilton, the American Cancer Society in Mercer County, the United Nations Business Council and the Trenton Area Soup Kitchen, a charitable, non-profit organization that serves hungry people in the Trenton, New Jersey area by providing meals and other services.
Rich Weise has been a director of the bank since its inception. Weise is president and founder of Xerographic Document Solutions, Inc., (XDS, Inc.) a family-owned, Hamilton, N.J.-based office-equipment company specializing in document management and innovative corporate technology products and services. A 28-year industry veteran, Weise founded XDS, Inc. with his brother, Bob, in 1994. XDS, Inc. was recognized in 2007 as one of Americaís fastest growing companies by Inc. magazine. Weise received a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing from Rider University in 1982. As a member of the Mercer County Chamber of Commerce, Weise makes a concerted effort to give back to the community by taking an active role in numerous local charities and coaching several of his childrenís youth CYO sports leagues. Weise and his wife, Linda, and their three children, Ryan, Richard and Dante, reside in Allentown, N.J.
Robert L. Workman, CPA
Robert L. Workman has served as a director of First Choice Bank since 2008. Workman is the senior partner and founder of Workman & Skertic, a certified public accounting firm based in Trenton, N.J., that specializes in providing accounting, auditing, tax planning and preparation, consulting and other support services. Workman is also a partner in Saccomanno Valuation Group LLC in Marlton, N.J., which specializes in business valuations, litigation support services and forensic accounting. Workman earned his bachelorís degree from Drexel University, and is an active member of the American Institute for Certified Public Accountants and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants. Workman devotes considerable personal time to assisting a host of nonprofit entities, including the Trenton Area Soup Kitchen, where he is a board member and the organizationís treasurer. He resides with his wife and two children.
